Art Gallery of Hamilton Canada

In February 2006 Monica L Edmondson and Britta Marakatt Labba from Sweden as well as Ingunn Utsi and Irene Snarby from Norway took part in the official opening of the exhibition "In the shadow of the Midnight Sun; Sami and Inuit Art 2000-2005" in Hamilton Canada.

The show is travelling on a national tour to Winnipeg Art Gallery, Mackenzie Art Gallery, Yukon Arts Centre and National Gallery of Canada Ottawa through 2008.

In the top image - taken by Mike Lalich - is also Shirley Madill vice-president at AGH as well as guest curator for the show Jean Blodgett.
